One module contains the master bedroom, guest bedroom and bath and third room that can be used as a third bedroom/studio/office or second bathroom. The second module contains the living dining kitchen space. Between the two modules is a covered open area for inside / outside living.
The pergola is supported on galvanized metal attached to the structure. We envisage a wooden finish which instead of varnish needs a coating of oil once a year. Alternatively you can use aluminium which is light and requires no maintenance.
