Eco Vida is a modern team of professionals with clear ideas on how to build a supremely comfortable home.
Coming from different disciplines we have particular appeal to the foreigner wishing to build in southern Spain. We are a Spanish company and the native Spaniards in our team know their way around the bureaucracy and local protocol. We are also northern European in outlook and expect to exceed your expectations of customer service.
Each of us has a track record in our field in designing and building large complex energy efficient residential and commercial buildings. We are using that experience now to bring to the market homes which offer almost unprecedented levels of comfort and energy efficiency in southern Spain without compromising lifestyle or architecture.

A better way of living is so much more than a tagline for us. Of course at the basic level we offer people a comfortable and healthy living environment. Their building will sit perfectly in its surroundings and when they look out at the view they will sense that they are living in harmony with the environment.
We are also leading a team of people who know who they are and where they are going, who are passionate and knowledgeable about their subject and who have imagination, tenacity, and creativity. Eco Vida offers them a rewarding experience.
We expect our business to have a ripple effect across the entire construction industry. What is currently niche is becoming main stream as superior design and construction methods replace the outdated. As the market opens up and other companies imitate us levels of comfort and efficiency will improve. As leaders and first movers in the industry we will touch many people’s lives in a positive way: not just our own clients but other company’s clients too. So our professional lives are aligned with our personal values and this brings meaning and fulfillment to our own lives.
Corporate Responsibility
To show how seriously we take corporate responsibility we have an agreement with Practical Action, the charity supported by Prince Charles, to contribute the cost of a flood proof home in Bangladesh for every building we erect in Spain.
