John Wolfendale, Co-founder and CEO

John qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1987 and had a successful career in the commercial property investment market in London, and later Madrid working with Postel (now Hermes), Chartwell Land (Kingfisher) and Continente (Promodes).

He has lived in Granada since 1993 with his Spanish wife Lola. They have two children.

John graduated in Land Economy from Magdalene College Cambridge, in 1984.

Luis Llopis, Co-founder, Director and Chief Architect

Luis Llopis graduated from the EPSAM, Superior Technical School of Arquitecture, University of Madrid in 1992 as a specialist in building construction. He has been a chartered architect in Spain ever since, in the prestigious architectural studio established in 1965 by his father Jose Antonio Llopis. The business continues under the stewardship of Luis alongside his sister and partner Cristina, who is also a Quantity Surveyor.

Apart from winning various national awards Luis has a passion for sustainable, holistic design and contemporary architecture. He has designed and project managed large bio-climatic projects for clients such as Iberdrola, the large wind energy supplier.

Architecture permeates all aspects of his life, not only is he, his father and sister all architects, his wife Eva is also an architect, currently working on a Phd.
