Why Eco is Commercial

It’s a common misconception that being eco is expensive. We believe that being eco makes good commercial sense and this is why:

Speed: Our construction methods are partly off site, and our high level of organisation mean that our build time is significantly shorter than for conventional buildings. We are about twice as fast. This means commercial projects can be income producing more quickly and finance costs are lower. It means residential clients can start their new life sooner.

Climate Conservation Sells: there is no doubt that consumers favour businesses that take corporate responsibility seriously and act to protect the environment. This is well understood by some of the world’s most hard nosed businesses. Toyota and others have developed hybrid cars. MacDonalds have switched from styrofoam to cardboard packaging under consumer pressure. Quite apart from other benefits, being green is good P.R.

Eco = Economical Not Just Ecological: If you consume less energy you spend less money. It’s that simple.

Protect Your Asset Value: By 2019 all buildings will have to meet the energy standards we can offer you now. By meeting those standards early, you can ensure your investment retains its value.

Superior Standards: A better quality building is a more valuable building. A lot of this is about intelligent design and high quality materials. All buildings should be what we currently call eco, and soon they will be.

No Spiraling Costs: We offer a fixed price contract. That’s a significant commercial risk taken out of the equation.
